On the new study on sleep and eating habits, there is a relation between sleep deprivation and weight gain. The study led by Marie-Pierre St-Onge of the New York Obesity Research Center at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital make known that those who slept little did not have the sum of energy that those who sleep plentifully consume.

The study suggested that when the sleep-deprived people took in 2,800 per day, those who slept well have only 2,500 calories. The dissimilarity of 300 calories is what the less-slept people did not devour compared to those who slept well adequate. It will make them gain body weight.
