Tetsuji Hiratsuka Claims Victory at Black Mountain Masters Golf Tournament

Tetsuji Hiratsuka a Japanese pro golfer has just won the Black Mountains Masters Tournament giving him a third title for the 2010 season. He adds this latest tournament win to his victories at the Thailand Queen’s Cup and the Air Bagan Myanmar Open which he won earlier in the golfing season.

The Black Mountain Tournament capped off the season finale for the Asian tour and it was a “down to the wire” victory for Hiratsuka who was forced into a play-off round against Thailand’s own golfing superstar, Namchoak Tantipokakul.

The younger Namchoak who has been christened with the nickname “Lucky” ran out of lucky shots in the final round but nonetheless posted an impressive 7 birdies. For Hiratsuka his next goal is to move into the list of top 50 golfers, and if he continues to make the brilliant shots he displayed on the Black Mountain Golf Club course there is little doubt that he will soon be moving up in the ranks of the world’s best golfers.
